Louisville doesn't have an adult wrestling program, the closest serious option is Limitless Combat Academy in Broomfield, 12 minutes east on US-36, under Coach Josh DeSherlia, a collegiate All-American with over 20 years of coaching experience.

Stance, motion, basic takedowns, top control fundamentals. You'll wrestle live with another beginner under coach supervision, gradually.

Limitless is located at 585 Burbank St. Unit C in Broomfield. Louisville is one of the closest neighboring cities to the academy, from most of Louisville, US-36 East gets you to Limitless in 10-15 minutes. It's a direct shot with no surface-street traffic, which makes for one of the most convenient commutes of any satellite city.
