Women's Self-Defense for Westminster, CO Residents
Real techniques that work against larger attackers, led by Coach Rachel Fiddes, an active Muay Thai competitor. Respectful, judgment-free, and as close as 8 minutes from south Westminster.
Why Most Women's Self-Defense Doesn't Work
Most women's self-defense content is bad. Some of it is dangerously bad. Weekend seminars, viral videos, and community-center classes teach techniques that look impressive in demos but fall apart the moment a real, larger person actively resists. That gap, between what looks good and what actually works, is what gets women hurt when it matters.
Our women's self-defense program at Limitless is built differently. Coach Rachel Fiddes is an active Muay Thai competitor who has rolled, sparred, and competed against partners much larger than her for nearly a decade. The techniques she teaches aren't theoretical; they're the ones that have actually worked for her against bigger opponents. That's a different curriculum than what most options near Westminster offer.
Led by a Female Coach Who Has Actually Done It
Coach Rachel doesn't teach women's self-defense as a side gig. She's an active Muay Thai competitor, meaning she trains the techniques full contact, in real fights, against opponents trying to stop her. That experience changes how she teaches. The techniques you'll learn in her classes are tested, not theoretical.
A Respectful, Judgment-Free Environment
Women's training at Limitless is deliberately patient, calmly delivered, and free of the condescension that often plagues women's combat sports instruction. Students set their own pace. No one is ever pushed into something they're not ready for. The room is friendly, supportive, and welcoming to women new to combat sports.
What to Expect
Awareness & prevention first
Real self-defense starts before anything physical happens. Class includes situational awareness, de-escalation, and decision-making under pressure, not just techniques.

Why Westminster Women Train at Limitless
A coach who has actually fought
Real fight experience changes how a coach teaches self-defense. Coach Rachel knows what works under fight pressure because she's used it under fight pressure. Most women's self-defense instructors don't have that.
